The pipeline laying floats can be strapped to the pipeline to reduce the tension and weight during pipeline deployment, providing essential buoyancy for installation. These pipe deployment float modules also provide buoyancy when pulling pipelines underwater.

We manufacture various tie-in pipeline foam buoys to provide optimal float solutions for different pipe laying buoyancy requirements. Our products are suitable for both shallow water and deep water applications, with capabilities extending to 300m depth or more upon request.

To meet diverse customer requirements, we offer pipeline foam buoys in two buoyancy module configurations: one-piece floats and modular floats. Our buoys are fabricated with different density closed cell foam cores depending on depth requirements, covered by polyethylene skin or polyurethane elastomer outer skin. The skin can be reinforced with nylon filament upon request.

Each buoyancy module features banding grooves for secure attachment to pipelines. End fittings can be designed for easy handling operations, and floats can be fixed to pipes using various strap types or wire ropes as needed.

DOOWIN pipe-laying foam float buoys are custom-designed based on pipeline diameter, working water depth, and project requirements. We can produce various pipeline installation buoys and buoyancy modules according to client specifications. The bottoms feature special curve designs to accommodate different pipeline diameters.
